TinyReminder provides an on-line Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that our customers use to design, submit and track proposals to its clients or potential clients. Compelled disclosure: Please kindly note that TinyReminder, Heroku and/or Salesforce may be required, at any time, to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

How long your data will be stored for:

When your account with TinyReminder is cancelled, all data associated to that account is deleted within 30 days. After such period of time, the account is permanently cancelled, and thus your data cannot be retrieved. However, if you have used any of our forms to download a freebie or for instance to use a free course, then your email will be retained until you cancel the subscription to that service.

Should you need to contact us to make any changes or request that your personal data be removed, we will do this in the shortest possible amount of time. The maximum time limit for this process to be executed will be 30 days.

Should you continue to maintain any kind of contractual relationship with TinyReminder (as a customer, or user of our freebies or courses etc.) your data will be stored for the time that is stipulated in the corresponding agreement, as stated above.
