I’ve been using Nusii for a number of years for my digital marketing agency, and it’s been a huge improvement over our previous proposal software.

What I love most is how quick and easy it makes creating professional proposals. I’ve built a library of reusable sections and proposal templates, so I can pull together a tailored proposal without starting from scratch every time. Being able to add images and video really helps our proposals stand out, too.

The tracking is another favourite. I can see when a prospective client opens the email and views the proposal, which is really useful for following up. And getting that notification when they accept? Yippee! That never gets old.

I’ve been successfully using Nusii since April of 2018! What do I love about it? Nusii is a great software tool that we use with our sales team on a daily basis to create and send out proposals to our (potential) clients. It’s perfect that we can see if and when the receiver reads our proposal, can select options and accept or decline the proposal. The weekly update of our sales activities and accepted/declined proposals, gives us a good overview of our goals. Besides that, Nusii is always willing to listen to us to improve their software.

Nusii is a great tool for doing custom quotes. Basically what you end up creating is a one-page website which is easy to style and looks very sharp. Nusii is easy to work with via templates that you can create, sections that you can save and drag and drop editing. What’s really awesome is once you send out your quote/proposal, Nusii tells you when the client has read it (and also notifies you if he re-read it). There are many other useful features that I have not covered, as well.

We initially started using Bidsketch for our proposals. We encountered a major issue whereby you could only bill in hourly increments, when we bill in 15, 30 min and hourly increments. We did ask support if this could be addressed and were told that they would not change it and advised we leave.

Best decision ever was to move to Nusii. The application was much easier to use, allowed us to build a variety of templates that we could use for all parts of our business processes, not only Proposals. We also use it to create milestone signoff proposals for customers as it creates a fantastic audit trail.
