“We use Nusii via API, command line and AI agents to go through a process from call transcripts, emails, standards, rate card and much more to build a proposal.”

In Claude's connector directory

Using Claude? You're two clicks away

Nusii is listed in Claude's connector directory, so there's nothing to configure. Open the connector, click Connect, sign in to Nusii and start asking. If your company uses Claude Team or Claude Enterprise, your Claude owner may need to allow it first.

  1. 1

    Open the connector

Find Nusii in Claude's directory, or search for it under Settings → Connectors.

  2. 2

    Click Connect

Claude sends you to Nusii to sign in with your normal login.

  3. 3

    Approve access

Choose read-only, or let Claude draft and edit proposals too.

What you can ask

Hand off the proposal busywork in plain language

Your assistant works out the steps on its own: which template, which client, which section and which line item. You just say what you want.

Drafting

From call notes to a first draft

“Here are my notes from the Acme call. Draft a proposal from my Website redesign template and write their goals into it.”

Share your notes, a transcript or an email thread. Your assistant picks the template, attaches the client and rewrites the sections for this deal.

Reporting

Pipeline questions, answered

“How many proposals did we send last quarter, and how many were accepted?”

Get your conversion rate for any period, compare it with last year, or see what is still pending, without building a report.

Pricing

Pricing changes in one sentence

“Add two extra design days at my day rate and remove the rush fee.”

Your assistant finds the right section and line items and updates them, so the numbers in the draft are always the numbers you asked for.

Upselling

Extras your client can pick

“Add SEO as an optional extra with keyword research and analytics setup.”

Add a whole optional section. Your client sees it in the proposal and can select it before they sign.

Editing

Rewrite and restructure

“Add a Timeline section after the introduction and make the summary shorter and more direct.”

Add sections, rewrite them in your voice or remove the ones this client doesn't need, without opening the editor.

Finishing

The final details

“Add 21% VAT, set it to expire at the end of the month and ask for a 30% deposit.”

Taxes, expiry date, deposit and theme: the small settings that are easy to forget, done in the same conversation.

MCP or CLI?

When a conversation beats a command

Nusii also has a command-line tool for scripts and automations. For everything that starts with a thought instead of a schedule, an assistant is the faster way in.

Say what you want, not how
Describe the outcome and your assistant figures out the steps. No IDs to look up, no commands to remember, no scripts to maintain.
It already has the context
The call you just summarized, the brief you pasted, the email thread you shared: your assistant turns all of it into the proposal in one go.
One conversation, all your tools
Connect your calendar, inbox or meeting notes to the same assistant, and it can pull from them and from Nusii together.
Nothing to install
It runs inside the assistant you already use. Sign in with your Nusii login and approve access. No API keys, no terminal.
Ready for the whole team
Anyone who can write a message can use it, not only the people who are comfortable with code. Admins decide who gets access.
Guardrails built in
Assistants work on drafts and never send anything. Every request is logged, so you can always see what changed.

Safe by design

Your assistant prepares, you stay in charge

Letting an agent work in your account should feel safe. These rules are built into Nusii, whichever assistant you connect.

Drafts only
Assistants create and edit drafts. Sending, and anything else your client sees, always happens in Nusii, by you.
Signed is final
Once a client accepts, the proposal is locked. No assistant can change it.
Same access as you
An assistant sees what its user sees. A team member who only sees their own proposals connects with exactly that.
You choose who connects
Owners and admins switch MCP access on or off for each team member.
Revoke in one click
Every connected assistant is listed in your settings with the access it was given. Remove one and it is cut off immediately.
Every request logged
The MCP log shows what each assistant looked up or changed, and when.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Nusii MCP

What is Nusii MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants work with other apps. Nusii MCP lets an assistant you connect read your proposals, templates and clients, and draft and edit proposals in your account when you ask it to.

Which AI assistants work with Nusii?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Codex and any other app that supports remote MCP servers. The setup guide has the steps for each one.

Is Nusii in Claude's connector directory?

Yes. Open the Nusii connector, click Connect and sign in to Nusii. If your company uses Claude Team or Claude Enterprise and you can't find it, ask your Claude owner to allow it.

Can my assistant send proposals to my clients?

No. Assistants only create and edit drafts. Sending a proposal, and anything else a client actually sees, always happens in Nusii, by you.

Should I use MCP or the CLI?

Use MCP when you want to talk to an assistant: drafting from notes, rewriting, repricing and asking about your pipeline. Use the CLI for things that run on their own, like scheduled jobs, bulk imports and your own integrations. Plenty of teams use both.

Do I need to be technical to set it up?

Not for Claude or ChatGPT. In Claude it's a couple of clicks, and ChatGPT only needs a few settings. Nusii's side is just your normal sign-in. Claude Code, Codex and the Gemini CLI are developer tools, and Microsoft Copilot connects through Copilot Studio, so those are best left to the more technical people on your team.

Does it cost extra?

No. MCP is included in every Nusii plan, with no add-ons and no per-request fees. You only pay for the AI assistant you choose to use with it.

Does Nusii share my data with AI companies?

No. Nusii never sends your data to anyone. You connect your own assistant, and it only reads from your account when you ask it to. How your conversations are stored is between you and your AI provider, so check their data settings if that matters to you.

Can I control what my team connects?

Yes. Owners and admins can switch MCP access on or off for each team member, see every connected assistant with the access it was given, revoke any of them instantly and review every request in the MCP log.

My assistant isn't listed. Can I still connect it?

Probably. Any app that supports remote MCP servers can connect to https://app.nusii.com/mcp. If yours won't, email us at support@nusii.com and we'll figure it out together.
