How to Connect Make to Nusii

Make (formerly Integromat) connects Nusii to thousands of other apps, so you can automate the work that happens around your proposals. Add a row to a spreadsheet when a proposal is accepted, create a client in Nusii when someone fills in a form, or start a project the moment a deal is signed.

The Make integration works on every Nusii plan. You connect it with a personal API token.

Step 1: Create a personal API token in Nusii

  1. Go to Settings > API and stay on the API Tokens tab.
  2. Click Create Token.
  3. Give the token a name you’ll recognise later, for example “Make”, and click Create Token.
  4. Back on the Personal Tokens list, click the clipboard icon next to your new token to copy it.

Keep the token private. Anyone who has it can access your Nusii account through the API.

Step 2: Connect Nusii in Make

  1. Log in to Make and create a new scenario.
  2. Add a Nusii module to the scenario.
  3. Click Create a connection and paste the token you copied from Nusii.
  4. For the “Watch” triggers, Make first asks you to create a webhook. Click Create a webhook, then create the connection the same way.

What you can automate

These are the Nusii modules listed in Make.

Triggers start a scenario when something happens in Nusii:

  • Watch Client Created
  • Watch Proposal Created
  • Watch Proposal Sent
  • Watch Proposal Updated
  • Watch Proposal Accepted
  • Watch Proposal Rejected

Actions do something in Nusii as a step in your scenario:

  • Create, update, get, list or delete clients
  • Create, update, get, list or delete proposals
  • Send a Proposal
  • Make an API Call, for anything else the Nusii API can do

A few ideas to get you started:

  • Watch Proposal Accepted, then create an invoice in your accounting tool.
  • Watch Proposal Sent, then log the proposal in a Google Sheet for your weekly pipeline review.
  • A new form submission, then Create a Client in Nusii so the client is ready for your next proposal.

Disconnect Make

To cut Make off from your account, go to Settings > API, open the menu next to the token and click Revoke token. Any scenario that uses it stops working right away.
