Can’t log in? Reset email not arriving

Locked out of Nusii? Most login problems come down to one of a few things: the wrong login page, a different email address, or a reset email that got caught by a filter. Work through the checks below and you’ll usually be back in within a few minutes.

1. Use the right login page

Log in at app.nusii.com. Enter your Email address and Password and click Login to your account.

Your proposals open on your own address (for example yourcompany.nusii.com or your custom domain), but that’s the page your clients see. You always log in at app.nusii.com.

2. Reset your password

On the login page, click I’ve forgotten my password. Enter your email address and click Send me a new password.

Nusii then shows: “If the email address is known to our system, you will receive an email with instructions about how to reset your password in a few minutes.” You see this message whether or not the address has a Nusii login, so it doesn’t confirm the address is right.

The email comes from support@nusii.com with the subject Reset password instructions. The link in it works for 2 hours. If it has expired, request a new one.

3. Reset email not arriving? Check these

Give it a few minutes

The email usually arrives within a minute or two, but it can take a little longer. Requesting several resets in a row doesn’t speed things up. Any of the links works, until you use one of them to set a new password.

Look in spam, junk and quarantine

Search your mailbox for Reset password instructions, including the spam or junk folder. On Gmail, also check the Promotions and Updates tabs. If your company uses Microsoft 365 or another email security filter, the message may be held in quarantine; your IT team can release it.

Allow emails from Nusii

If your company filters incoming email, ask your IT team to allow emails from support@nusii.com. That’s the address Nusii sends password resets, recovery codes and account emails from.

Check the email address you log in with

You log in with the email address of your own user, which isn’t always the company email:

  • You might use a different address. Try the other addresses you use for work, like you@company.com versus info@company.com. A teammate who can log in can check which address you’re listed with in Settings › Team Members.
  • You don’t know which address it is. Find an old proposal in your email: search your mailboxes for has opened your proposal or your proposal has been accepted. Nusii sends those notifications to the address you log in with.
  • You recently changed it. When you change your email address in Settings › User Profile, it only switches after you click the link in the confirmation email. Until then, you still log in with your old address.
  • Your old address no longer exists. If you’ve left a company domain or that mailbox was closed, you can’t receive the reset email there. Ask your account owner to invite your new address in Settings › Team Members, or email us at support@nusii.com.
  • You were invited but never accepted. If a teammate invited you, look for the email Here’s your nusii account invitation. Your login is created when you accept it.

Still nothing?

Email us at support@nusii.com, ideally from the address you log in with. Sometimes a mailbox has bounced one of our emails before, and our email provider then stops sending to it. We can check that for you and get it working again.

Asked for a 2FA code?

If you’ve turned on two-factor authentication, Nusii asks for a six-digit code after your password. Lost your phone? Use one of your recovery codes instead. See Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Recovery Codes.

Logged in but can’t use your account?

If Nusii says your account is disabled, a card payment probably failed. Follow the link in the message to update your credit card. See Plans, Billing and Invoices.
