Using Variables

Variables are a huge time saver. Instead of having to write out your client's name, business name, web address, etc. every time you write a new proposal, Nusii's Variables will take care of this for you.

If we look at an example of a reusable section (below) we can see that the variables we've used will save us having to manually fill out certain repeated data.

In the example below we use a variable for the client's first name, our business name and the client's business name. No more find and replace!

Variables in Proposals

To insert a Variable click on the Insert Variable icon in the editor.

Click Editor Variables

Please note, the data used in your variables will only be displayed when you preview your proposal.
